  • Hello! I’m Jaycie Marsh, Broker of Hill & Hollow Realty. Real estate is more than a career for me — it’s a legacy. As a third-generation Realtor, I’ve grown up immersed in the industry. My professional journey began in the mortgage sector, followed by experience in the title industry, which naturally led me to earn my real estate license and eventually become a broker.

    Beyond the world of real estate, I’m passionate about farming, baking, and landscaping — anything that allows me to work with my hands and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. I’m happily married to my wonderful husband and feel incredibly blessed to be a bonus mom to the most precious kids. I'm also proudly known as “Auntie” to a few special littles who hold a huge piece of my heart.

  • Greetings! My name is Lisa Hill, a proud Veteran and Affiliate Broker for Hill and Hollow Realty.

    Since I was a kid, I have always been fascinated by the architecture of buildings, especially

    homes. Old, new, rundown and picture-perfect ones, it didn’t matter because they were all

    amazing to me. What I didn’t realize until I was an adult was it’s actually the family living in the

    home and their unique personalities that truly inspired my love of real estate. By the time I

    figured this out, I was deep into a career that would not allow me pursue my love of real estate

    and making families dreams come true.

    Now retired, I spent 37 years serving the US working for the Federal Government as a Law

    Enforcement Officer. First in the US Air Force for 4 yrs, then as a Police K-9 Officer for the Dept

    of the Navy, finally transferring to the US Customs Service as a K-9 Officer which eventually

    became Customs and Border Protection.

    With one amazing career behind me and another one in front of me I am realizing a lifelong

    dream and passion of being a realtor and helping to make dreams of home ownership a reality.
